Communities with their own coverage page

Kissimmee. The US-192 corridor, the resort strip and the gated vacation-home communities south of the parks. Bookings here lean heavily on airport arrivals and theme park runs, and the driver usually needs a gate code rather than a hotel name. Orlando International Airport and Orlando Sanford International are the two busiest, covered by the airport transfer service. Walt Disney World runs through the Disney World car service, and Universal Orlando through the Universal Studios transfers. Working out of Ocoee

The base sits west of Orlando, which shortens the deadhead on early morning runs out of Ocoee, Winter Garden and the western suburbs toward the airport. It also means a vehicle can reach the Disney area and the International Drive corridor without crossing downtown at peak hours. Pickups outside the communities named here are quoted on request, and coverage depends on distance and time of day rather than a fixed boundary.

How the rate changes by area

Airport pricing is banded by distance rather than quoted per mile. A transfer from the airport into Kissimmee or the International Drive corridor sits in the lowest band. Lake Buena Vista and Celebration sit one band higher because the run is longer. ChampionsGate is higher again, and Port Canaveral is the longest of the regular airport routes. Vehicle choice moves the number more than geography does, since a Suburban or a Sprinter carries a different starting rate on the same trip.
