1. General Service Agreement
FS Premier Transport provides luxury ground transportation services based on availability, accurate booking information, and adherence to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates company policies or behaves in an unsafe or unlawful manner.
2. Booking and Reservations
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized partners.
- Reservations are confirmed only after full details are provided and a confirmation message or email is sent.
- The customer must verify all information, including pick-up time, date, address, and service type.
- FS Premier Transport is not responsible for incorrect details submitted at the time of booking.
3. Payments
Payment must be made before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.
- Prices may vary based on vehicle type, travel distance, waiting time, tolls, or additional services requested.
- All charges will be explained prior to booking whenever possible.
4. Cancellation Policy
To avoid charges, customers must follow our cancellation guidelines:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time: A cancellation fee up to 100% of the reservation may apply.
- No-shows: Full charges will apply.
A “no-show” occurs when a customer fails to appear at the scheduled time and location without notifying us.
5. Wait Time Policy
Grace periods apply as follows:
- Airport Pickups: 45 minutes of free wait time after flight arrival.
- Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes of free wait time.
After the grace period, additional charges may apply based on the vehicle type and hourly rate.
6. Flight Monitoring
We track flight information for airport pickups to adjust for delays.
However:
- The customer must provide the correct airline and flight number.
- If the flight information is incorrect, wait-time charges or no-show fees may apply.
7. Changes to Reservations
Any change, including time adjustments, address updates, or vehicle upgrades, must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave responsibly during the ride.
- No smoking or vaping inside any vehicle.
- No illegal substances or activities are allowed.
- Any behavior that threatens the safety of the chauffeur or passengers may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to misconduct or negligence.
9. Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage Fees
A cleaning or damage fee may apply when:
- Excessive dirt, spills, or stains occur
- Vomit or bodily fluids are present
- Items are damaged, broken, or stolen
Fees vary based on the extent of cleaning or repair required.
10. Luggage Liability
Our chauffeurs assist with luggage handling; however:
- FS Premier Transport is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items.
- Customers must ensure all items are removed from the vehicle at drop-off.
11. Service Limitations
We may cancel or refuse service due to:
- Severe weather or unsafe road conditions
- Vehicle issues or unforeseen emergencies
- Passenger misconduct
- Unlawful requests or destinations
In such cases, reasonable alternatives or refunds may be offered when appropriate.
12. Safety Policies
For safety reasons:
- Seat belts must be worn at all times.
- Child seats must be used for children as required by law.
- We may refuse to transport more passengers than the vehicle’s legal capacity.
Safety is our top priority, and all passengers must follow chauffeur instructions.
13. Special Requests
Special accommodations may be available upon request, such as:
- Child car seats
- Extra luggage space
- Additional stops
- Special-event transportation
These requests must be made at the time of booking and may involve additional fees.
- Limitation of Liability
FS Premier Transport is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, or events beyond our control
- Loss of personal items
- Missed flights, cruises, events, or appointments due to circumstances outside our responsibility
Our service is provided “as available,” and we do our best to meet all scheduling needs.

By using our website, you agree that:
- Content may not be copied or reused without permission
- Information is subject to change at any time
- We are not responsible for third-party links or external websites
